...for is it not the pinnacle, the crowning apotheosis, the shining ultimato, of creative achievement and artistic validation, to procure, sine qua non, a contract with an esteemed federal agency, and to help promote it for the good of all mankind and the welfare of the commonweal, all the while earning already well-earned tax dollars in the process?
